My name is Aiden Duncan. I am 22 years old. I coach hitting, pitching, and fielding for all ages.

I've played competitive baseball for ten years across programs like the Dalhousie Tigers, Ottawa Knights, Watson Elite, Bytown Dodgers, and East Nepean Eagles, and have been coaching for five years. I started coaching because I wanted to pass on what those years of playing taught me. My focus is on helping players build real, repeatable skills so the game gets easier and more enjoyable.

My coaching draws from years of direct training with some of the best in the game, Greg Hamilton (named the 6th most influential Canadian in baseball), Ryan Fuller (current Orioles hitting coach), Tanner Watson (drafted by the Mariners), Matt Linder (drafted by the Phillies), and Steve Renaud, who earned player of the decade honours at Carleton University. All this combined with hundreds of hours of independent research on mechanics and technique.

I have been playing baseball since I was 11 years old. I am a pitcher and infielder. I played with Tanner Watson for 5 years and am now playing college baseball at SUNY Canton. I also have earned an award at third base for my college team my freshman year.

I’m 16 years old. I  started playing baseball when I was 11. Starting from East Nepean All Star, Ottawa Patriots for 3 years, currently playing Watson Elite, for the following years I’m committed to play for Vauxhall Academy Baseball. My main position is Outfield.

I’ve been playing baseball since I was 10 years old. I play for the Ottawa West Pirates as an outfielder, first baseman, and pitcher. Before that, I played three years with the East Nepean Eagles. One of my favorite memories is being named Tournament MVP in Kingston. I love being around the game and helping young players improve, gain confidence, and have fun.
